In hydraulically operated shoe drum brakes having a leading shoe 14 and a trailing shoe 16 in each drum, the system is divided so that the front-wheel leading shoes and the rear-wheel trailing shoes are energized on one system and the remaining shoes on a separate system. The shoes are operated by pistons 22, 24 of different areas to allow for the self-servo effect on the leading shoe 14, the cylinders being inclined towards the centre of pressure of each shoe, as shown. The two systems 32, 34 are connected to pistons 22 of the front and pistons 24 of the rear, and vice-versa respectively, Fig. 2. These systems are fed from master cylinders 40, 42 respectively. 公开号:SU728703A3 申请号:SU691354481 申请日:1969-08-08 公开日:1980-04-15 发明作者:Годдард Артур 申请人:Гирлинг Лимитед (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
This invention relates to vehicle braking systems. The closest of the known technical solutions is a hydraulic brake system comprising - a source of pressure of brake fluid connected by connecting pipes to the brake cylinders of the front and rear wheels. In addition, each brake cylinder consists of two sections of different diameters installed obliquely relative to each other, in which pistons of corresponding diameters are placed. A smaller piston is connected to the master brake pad, and a piston larger than the diameter is connected to the driven brake pad 1. The known system does not have sufficient reliability, since when a leakage occurs in any connecting pipeline, the stability of the vehicle is impaired. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of System IL. This goal is achieved by the fact that two trading circuits are formed by connecting pipelines. the first circuit connects the pressure source with sections of smaller diameter front brake cylinder cylinders and sections with larger diameter rear wheel brake cylinders, and the second - pressure source with sections of larger diameter front brake cylinders and sections of smaller diameter rear brake cylinders. FIG. 1 shows the hydraulic braking system of the vehicle; in fig. 2 - sectional brake. The hydraulic brake system (Fig. 1) consists of master brake cylinders 1 and 2 driven by pneumatic motors 3 and 4. Cylinders 1 and 2 are connected to circuits 5 and 6 associated with brake cylinders 7 of the front 8 and rear 9 wheels . Each cylinder 7 is fixed on the carrier disk 10 between a pair of adjacent ends of the leading brake pads 11 and the slave brake pads 12, while the other ends of the pads 11 and 12 are fixed on the fixed support 13. The pads 11 and 12 are chucks reusable and 14. Each cylinder 7 is made of two sections 15 and 16 of different diameters, installed at an angle to each other. In section 15, a piston 17 of smaller diameter is installed, and in section 16 a piston 18 of larger diameter. The movable ends of the pads 11 and 12 are connected to the gap perynHTOpaNM 19. Circuit 5 combines cylinder 1 with sections 15 on wheels 8 and with sections 16 on wheels 9, and circuit 6 combines cylinder 2 with sections 16 on wheels 8 and sections 15 on wheels 8. When braking Porsche 17 have less effort on the pads And than; pistons 18 on the pads 12, which ensures even wear of the pads. When one of the circuits fails, the serviceable circuit provides braking without disturbing the stability of the vehicle.
